目前,全业务竞争日趋激烈,用户的争夺、资源的挖掘到了白热化的程度。如何实现中国电信集团公司提出的“聚焦客户的信息化创新战略,中高端切入,有效益的规模化发展”的战略思想,调动我们有限的资源,充分挖掘客户需求,寻找客户需求与我们产品、服务的最佳契合点,开辟一条具有中国电信特色的规模化发展之路,成为摆在每一个电信人面前的一个课题。为此,中国电信湖北十堰分公司(以下简称十堰分公司)在信息化应用合作新模式方面进行了积极的探索,在推动互联网、移动通信业务、出租电路业务的规模化发展方面已取得了一定的成绩。现笔者根据自己的工作实践和经验,提出一些思路与建议,与大家商讨。
