目的了解汽车生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素种类、分布、危害程度及其采取的防护措施,从而达到预防职业病发生,保护劳动者身体健康的目的。方法按规范要求设置检测点,对粉尘、毒物及噪声、高温等物理因素进行检测,对检测结果进行分析评价。结果工作场所粉尘和毒物浓度测定结果均符合国家职业卫生标准的要求,噪声强度超标严重。结论物理因素对职工的危害应引起足够重视。要注意低浓度职业病危害因素对生产工人健康的远期影响及多种有害因素对人体的联合作用;在噪声的防护上加强技术改造,注意个人防护,改善工人作业环境。
Objective To understand the types, distribution, harmfulness and protective measures of occupational hazards that exist in the process of automobile production so as to prevent the occurrence of occupational diseases and protect the health of laborers. Methods According to the regulations, the testing points were set up to test the physical factors such as dust, poison, noise and high temperature, and the test results were analyzed and evaluated. Results The dust and poison concentration in the workplace were in line with the requirements of the national occupational health standards and the noise intensity exceeded the standard. Conclusion Physical hazards to workers should pay enough attention. Pay attention to the long-term impact of low-concentration occupational hazards on the health of production workers and the combined effect of various harmful factors on the human body; strengthen technical renovation on noise protection, pay attention to personal protection and improve the working environment of workers.
