对视功能丧失而且又趋于萎缩的眼球,为了达到美容的目的,一般均行眼球摘出,再安装义眼。自1979年以来我们对上述患限作为活动“眼座”再放置义眼取得了满意的效果,今介绍如下。13例中男7例,女6例,右眼8眼,左眼5眼,年龄最小16岁,最大48岁,平均26岁。手术方法:按一般眼科手术消毒铺巾,结膜囊滴1%地卡因3次,开睑器开睑,沿角膜缘结膜下局部注射麻药,用刀片切除角
