目的测定深圳市水产品中铅镉汞含量,了解水产品中铅镉汞污染状况。方法采用高压密闭消解方式消解试样,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定水产品中铅镉汞3种元素含量,并根据无公害食品水产品有毒有害物质标准限量对金属含量进行单因子污染评价。结果水产品中铅汞含量、海水鱼和淡水鱼中镉含量低于生物污染评价标准值,海产贝类和甲壳类中镉含量有超标现象。结论深圳市水产品未受到铅汞污染,海产贝类和甲壳类受到镉污染。
Objective To determine the contents of lead, cadmium and mercury in aquatic products in Shenzhen and to understand the pollution status of lead, cadmium and mercury in aquatic products. Methods High pressure airtight digestion method was used to digest the samples. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS) was used to determine the contents of Pb, Cd and Hg in aquatic products simultaneously. The content of Pb, Cd and Hg was determined according to the standard limit of toxic and hazardous substances Evaluation. Results The content of lead and mercury in aquatic products, the content of cadmium in marine fish and freshwater fish were lower than the standard value of biofouling evaluation, and the content of cadmium in seafood shellfish and crustaceans exceeded the standard. Conclusion Shenzhen aquatic products are not contaminated by lead and mercury, while shellfish and crustacean are polluted by cadmium.
