利用等离子堆焊技术在304L不锈钢表面堆焊Fe90自熔性合金粉末。采用OM、XRD和TEM对堆焊层组织进行分析,用硬度计、环-块式摩擦磨损试验机和饱和甘汞电极对堆焊层的硬度、耐磨性和耐蚀性进行测试,研究焊接电流对堆焊层组织和性能的影响规律和作用机理。结果表明:Fe90堆焊层组织由马氏体,(Cr,Fe)_7C_3,CrFeB,CrB与Fe_3Si组成,硬度是基材的3.5~5.2倍,磨损量下降80%~85%,耐蚀性基本不变;堆焊电流为130 A时,堆焊层的硬度最高,耐磨性最佳。
Surfacing welding of Fe90 self - fluxing alloy powder on 304L stainless steel by plasma surfacing technology. The microstructure of the surfacing layer was analyzed by OM, XRD and TEM. The hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the surfacing layer were tested by hardness tester, ring-block friction and wear tester and saturated calomel electrode.
