随着医疗行业的不断发展以及医疗体制的不断改革,医院的各项工作也在不断变化。医院的运行和管理工作也逐渐面临着可能的多方面风险。预算管理作为医院财务管理的重要组成部分,对医院整体的工作起到十分重要的作用,在某种程度上决定了医院的发展,关系到医院的正常运行。现阶段我国医院的预算管理中存在一些隐患,还需对问题采取一些有效的措施。本文从预算管理的有效措施出发,介绍目前我国医院预算管理中存在的一些问题,然后提出相应的措施,以供参考。
With the continuous development of the medical industry and the continuous reform of the medical system, the work of the hospital is also constantly changing. The operation and management of hospitals are also gradually facing many possible risks. As an important part of the hospital’s financial management, budget management plays an important role in the overall work of the hospital. To a certain extent, the budget management determines the development of the hospital and the normal operation of the hospital. At present, there are some hidden dangers in the budget management of Chinese hospitals, and some effective measures need to be taken on the problems. Based on the effective measures of budget management, this article introduces some problems existing in the hospital budget management in our country at present, and then puts forward corresponding measures for reference.
