1933年11月毛泽东同志开展的才溪乡调查,成为我党历史上坚持实事求是和群众路线的光辉典范。2014年3月24日至26日,中共中央政治局常委、全国人大常委会委员长张德江同志来到第二批党的群众路线教育实践活动联系点上杭县调研指导,在毛泽东才溪乡调查旧址考察和座谈时,特别指示有关方面要研究并弄清楚关于才溪乡调查的四个基本问题:一是当时的革命背景,毛泽东为什么要搞才溪乡调查?二是毛泽东来才溪乡是怎么搞调查研究的,调查方法是什么?三是通过这次调查研究解决了当时革命的什么问题,结果是怎么运用的?四是我们今天怎么来继承和发扬毛泽东调查研究的精神和作风?要充分挖掘其精神实质和内涵,在讲解词中充分体现,让每一位来瞻仰者受到教育和启迪。福建省委领导高度重视,要求党史部门深入研究并回答好这四个问题,从毛泽东才溪乡调查精神中汲取丰富的营养和能量,更好地服务中心和大局。为此,福建省委党史研究室组织有关党史专家进行专题讨论,形成资政报告。
In 1933 November Comrade Mao Zedong Township investigation carried out, become our party history adhere to the pragmatic and mass line brilliant model. From March 24 to March 26, 2014, Comrade Zhang Dejiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and chairman of the NPC Standing Committee, came to the investigation and guidance of Shanghang County, a contact point for the second batch of Party’s mass line education practice activities. During the site inspection and discussion, we specially instructed the parties concerned to study and clarify the four basic questions about the study of Cai Xi: First, the revolutionary background at that time, why should Mao Zedong investigate Cai Xi? Second, How to investigate and investigate? What is the investigation method? Third, through this investigation and study, what problems did the revolution solve and how did the results be used? Fourth, how did we inherit and carry forward the spirit and style of Mao Zedong’s investigation and research? Fully tap its spiritual essence and connotation, fully reflect in the explanation of the word, so that every one to look forward to education and enlightenment. The leaders of Fujian Provincial Party Committee attached great importance to requiring the party history departments to conduct in-depth studies and answer these four questions, drawing rich nutrition and energy from the investigation spirit of only Cai Township in Mao Zedong, and better serving the center and the overall situation. To this end, the Fujian Provincial Party History Research Organization organized party history experts to conduct a special discussion, the formation of the government report.
