我公司2 500t/d生产线窑头和窑尾分别使用DRW3.10和DRW3.12菲斯特煤粉秤。针对生产过程中窑头和窑尾煤粉秤经常出现断煤和下煤不稳现象,我们对其进行了改造。1喂煤不稳及断煤原因分析我公司煤粉水分符合<1.5%的控制要求,喂煤不稳及断煤的主要原因为:转子与上下密封板间的磨损导致间隙增大,秤体内的窜风也随之加大,秤内窜风形成的正压导致煤粉在下料管内的流动变差,加上煤粉仓下料管直径偏小,煤粉在下料管内容易架空。
