4.1 国务院发布的个人存款帐户实名制规定开始实施,在我国金融机构新开立个人存款账户、办理储蓄存款时,必须出示本人身份证,使用实名。
4.1 The State Department’s personal savings account issued under the real name system has come into force. When China’s financial institutions newly open personal savings accounts and make savings deposits, they must present their identity cards and use their real names.
