努力拓宽老年大学教育的发展路径,是实现《老年教育发展规划(2016—2020年)》所提出的各项任务的重要保证。如何推动老年大学教育科学发展,持续发展?笔者曾提出推动老年大学教育持续发展的四个着力点,即着力构建教学框架,着力提升管理水平,着力建设两支队伍,着力培育校园文化。这些意见仅议论了一所学校内部管理建设的某些方面。就整体而言,基于我国老年大学教育发展的不均衡性,群体的共同发展就显得尤为重要。一些条件好,发展快,走在前列的学校,应主动担当
Efforts to broaden the path of development for the education of seniors are an important guarantee for fulfilling the tasks set forth in the Plan for the Development of Senior Education (2016-2020). How to Promote the Scientific Development and Sustainable Development of the Elder University? The author has put forth four focuses on promoting the sustainable development of the university education at older age. That is, we focus on building a teaching framework, improving the management level, focusing on building two teams and cultivating the campus culture. These comments deal only with some aspects of the internal management of a school. On the whole, based on the unbalanced development of the education of the senior citizens in our country, the common development of the groups is particularly important.
