The discovery of tumor-associated antigens is an important development in tumor immunology. In a variety of human tumors, it has been confirmed that liver, colon, ovary, and cervical cancer have this antigen, and there is no or little normal tissue. The purpose of this article is to determine the value of CEA in the diagnosis of gynecological cancer and its application value and limitations in the follow-up of surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy. Materials and Methods: A total of 189 plasma CEA examinations were performed on 63 cases of gynecologic cancer patients diagnosed as pathological examinations [Ethy-lenediaminetetracetic acid-K3] containing 33 milligrams of dry EDTA-K3.
