随着免疫电泳的广泛应用,原发性巨球蛋白血症(Waldenstrom巨球蛋白血症,WMG)的报告渐见增多;除经典的IgM型WMG外,少数亦可为IgG型、IgA型。最近我院收治的一例患者,经蛋白电泳、免疫球蛋白测定及骨髓象检查,证实为伴有IgG增高的WMG。此类型的WMG在国内尚未见报道,现报告如下: 患者陆某,女,45岁,教师。住院号:265776。因反复齿龈出血半年、鼻衄三天,于1983年7月9日入院。患者近半年来反复出现自发性齿龈出血,量不多,可自止,伴头昏乏力,纳减失眠,上肢痊痛无力,时感手指发麻,症状时隐时现。三个月前突然出现一次
