目的 :定向追踪分离六味地黄汤醇溶部分 (Fr1)中发挥免疫调节作用的活性成分。方法 :以环磷酰胺 (Cy)处理小鼠为活性导向评价动物模型 ,以绵羊红细胞 (SRBC)诱导的脾细胞抗体生成反应为活性导向评价指标。结果 :Fr1对Cy所致抗体生成反应能力低下具有明显的改善作用 ,其正丁醇和水萃取部分的活性较强 ,正丁醇萃取部分以硅胶柱层析所得组分 3A活性最强 ,水萃取部分以C18反相柱层析所得组分C18 1活性最强。结论 :Fr1发挥免疫调节作用的主要活性成分来源于 3A和C18 1。
Objective:To track and isolate the active components that play an immunomodulatory role in the alcohol-soluble fraction (Fr1) of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction. METHODS: Cyclophosphamide (Cy)-treated mice were used as an activity-directed evaluation animal model, and sheep red blood cell (SRBC)-induced splenocyte antibody production was used as an activity-directed evaluation index. RESULTS: Fr1 had an obvious improvement on the ability of Cy-induced antibody production, and its n-butanol and water extraction fractions had a strong activity. The n-butanol extraction fraction was obtained by silica gel column chromatography and component 3A had the strongest activity. Some of the components C18 1 obtained by C18 reversed-phase column chromatography had the strongest activity. Conclusion: The main active components of Fr1 exerting immunomodulatory effects are derived from 3A and C18 1 .
