吊杯式栽植器(简称吊杯)是移栽机的关键部件,其开启规律将直接影响到秧苗的栽植质量。控制杯嘴开合的空间凸轮轮廓曲线比较复杂,设计满足吊杯开启规律的空间凸轮是个难点。针对这一问题,根据吊杯开启规律,建立空间凸轮轮廓曲线的数学方程;利用Pro/E通过编程生成空间凸轮的实体模型,并构建吊杯的三维实体模型,通过机构模块对吊杯进行仿真分析,并对其开启规律进行了仿真验证。结果表明,该凸轮满足吊杯的开启规律和设计要求,可为吊杯空间凸轮的设计和制造提供理论依据。
Hanging cup-type planter (referred to as hanging cup) is a key part of the transplanter, the opening of the law will have a direct impact on the quality of seedlings planted. Controlling the opening and closing of the mouth of the cup has a complicated curve of the cam contour. It is a difficult point to design a space cam that meets the requirement of opening the cup. To solve this problem, according to the law of opening the cup, a mathematical equation of the profile curve of the space cam was established. Pro / E was used to generate the solid model of the space cam and the three-dimensional solid model of the cup was constructed. Analysis, and its open rules were verified by simulation. The results show that the cam meets the requirement of opening the cup and provides the theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of the cup cam.
