本文介绍了最低制冷温度达60.5 K的高频300 Hz热驱动单级脉冲管制冷机。为进一步提高耦合系统热效率,在数值计算的指导下,系统研究了高频脉冲管制冷机冷头结构对耦合系统性能的影响特性。采用4.0 MPa氦气为工质,在发动机端加入600 W加热量获得了60.5 K的无负荷最低制冷温度,这是目前国际上报道的高频热驱动单级脉冲管制冷机的最低制冷温度。加入500 W加热量时,制冷机获得了63 K的无负荷最低制冷温度,在80 K时有1.16 W的制冷量,耦合系统热效率获得进一步显著提升。
This article describes a high frequency 300 Hz heat driven single stage pulse tube refrigerator with a minimum cooling temperature of 60.5 K. In order to further improve the thermal efficiency of the coupled system, under the guidance of numerical calculation, the influence of the cold head structure of the high frequency pulse tube refrigerator on the performance of the coupled system is systematically studied. Using 4.0 MPa helium as the working fluid, the minimum refrigeration temperature of 60.5 K without load was obtained by adding 600 W heating power to the engine end, which is the lowest refrigeration temperature of the single-stage pulse tube refrigerator with high frequency heat-driven currently reported internationally. With the addition of 500 W of heat, the chiller achieved a load-free minimum cooling temperature of 63 K and a cooling capacity of 1.16 W at 80 K, further improving the thermal efficiency of the coupled system.
