目的：分析护士分层级管理模式对提高护理管理质量的作用。方法：选取我院50名护理人员作为观察组，并将另外50名护理人员设为对照组，予以对照组常规管理模式，予以观察组护士分层级管理模式，对比两组的管理效果。结果：观察组护理人员的工作质量明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论：护士分层级管理模式能提高护理管理质量，保证患者的安全，值得推广。
