本文对前人在油菜品质性状研究中所做的一些工作进行了述评,主要从前人选择材料、研究性状相互关系的方法,研究性状动态变化的方法和得出的结论等方面进行了考查。分析了各研究工作者得出简单相关系数结果有时不一致,遗传研究中某些不确定结论的部分原因。从而扬长避短,提出了进一步进行品质性状之间关系研究时,应注意选材的典型性和代表性。对于随环境和时间而变化的指标,宜将静态分析改为动态分析,拟采用时间序列分析方法从表现型变化趋势中分解出遗传变化趋势和因环境等而随机变化的部分,并用这一方法分析各供试材料的特殊遗传趋势和一般遗传趋势,为进一步了解品质性状之间更为本质的联系提供新方法。同时,初步试用灰色系统论方法进行优质油菜育种预测和控制研究的可能性。
In this paper, some previous work done in rapeseed quality traits were reviewed, mainly from the previous selection of materials, methods to study the relationship between traits, methods to study the dynamic changes of traits and the conclusions drawn. We analyzed some of the reasons why some researchers concluded that the results of simple correlation coefficients are sometimes inconsistent and that some of the uncertain conclusions in genetic research are involved. So as to avoid weaknesses and improve the quality of traits proposed during the relationship between the study, we should pay attention to the selection of the typical and representative. For environmental and time-varying indicators, the static analysis should be changed to dynamic analysis, it is proposed to use time series analysis from the trend of phenotypic decomposition of genetic changes and environmental changes due to the random part, and use this method The analysis of the specific genetic trends and general genetic trends of the tested materials provided new methods for further understanding of the more essential links between quality traits. At the same time, the possibility of research on prediction and control of high-quality rapeseed breeding was tentatively tried using gray system theory.
