案情简介某茶楼招聘了一批服务员,但有三四个职工不愿意签劳动合同。问及不签的原因,有职工说:“签不签合同,工资都一样;签了,反而多一个‘卖身契',会影响以后的跳槽,不划算。”老板则对新招聘的服务员说,如果职工不签劳动合同,茶楼有权随时解除劳动合同。职工李某也是此次招聘的服务员之一,这两种说法,他都觉得有一定道理,很有点疑惑,到镇江市总工会进行信访咨询。
