伴随着中国高等职业教育的快速发展,“双师”型教育人才的结构性短缺成为职教发展的制约因素。究竟什么样人才能算是“双师”?即认定标准是什么成为了一个关键问题。我国的教育政策早有确认“双师”概念,但是由于时代的高速发展社会对学校毕业生要求的不断提高。需要对认定标准进行扩充和修正。本研究针对当前认定标准的不足提出针对性的改革建议以期促进“双师”型教师队伍的建设。
With the rapid development of higher vocational education in China, the structural shortage of “double-qualified” educators has become a constraint on the development of vocational education. What kind of people can be considered “double division ”? That is, what is the criteria to identify a key issue. China’s education policy has long confirmed the concept of “double division”, but due to the rapid development of the society, the social demands of graduates from schools are constantly increasing. Need to identify and standardize the expansion and amendment. In this study, we put forward some suggestions on the reform of the existing standards to promote the construction of “double teacher” type of teachers.
