目的了解浙江省青春早期青少年性与生殖健康(SRH)教育现状,为开展青少年SRH教育提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样法选取浙江地区小学四、五、六年级(高小)学生共1 312人,采用自编问卷获取调查对象的一般人口学特征、SRH教育及卫生服务的利用和需求情况。结果有37.33%(448/1 200)的高小学生从未从学校获得过SRH知识,仅有32.95%(371/1 126)的高小学生表示学校已经开展了青春期保健服务,34.32%(127/370)的高小学生对学校开展的青春期健康保健服务表示不满意。48.75%(586/1 202)的高小学生表示父母从未主动与其交流过SRH问题,35.94%(436/1 213)从未问过父母SRH问题,仅有16.96%(204/1 203)感觉和父母讨论SRH问题较容易,有23.69%(281/1 186)希望和父母交流SRH问题。59.65%(720/1 207)的高小学生从未和同龄人交流过SRH问题。10.67%(130/1 218)曾因青春期发育和生殖健康问题去过医院,59.42%(713/1 200)认为有必要开设青春期生殖健康专科门诊。结论浙江省青春早期青少年SRH学校教育、家庭教育、同伴教育及社会卫生服务相对滞后,现有服务与青少年需求存在较大差距。
Objective To understand the current status of sexual and reproductive health (SRH) education of adolescent early adolescents in Zhejiang Province and to provide the basis for adolescent SRH education. Methods A total of 1 312 students from the fourth, fifth and sixth grades of primary school in Zhejiang Province were selected by multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method. The general demographic characteristics, SRH education and health services Use and demand situation. As a result, 37.33% (448/1 200) of high school students never got SRH knowledge from the school. Conclusion The SRH school education, family education, peer education and social health services of young adolescent youth in Zhejiang Province are relatively lagging behind. There is a big gap between the existing services and adolescents’ needs.
