目的综述突变选择窗在抗生素研发及临床应用中的新进展。方法查阅近年来的研究文献,概述了该理论的概念、原理、应用范围、基于此理论的治疗策略和在新抗生素研发中的应用。结果根据突变选择窗理论,可以通过增加抗生素用量、联合用药或开发选择窗窄的新药等策略抑制耐药菌株的产生。结论突变选择窗理论在防止耐药性病菌出现方面具有重要应用。同时也讨论了突变选择窗理论的不足和值得努力的方向。
Objective To summarize the new progress of mutation selection window in the development of antibiotics and its clinical application. Methods The research literature of recent years is reviewed. The concept, principle, scope of application, treatment strategies based on this theory and its application in the development of new antibiotics are summarized. Results According to the theory of mutation selection window, the generation of drug-resistant strains can be suppressed by increasing the dosage of antibiotics, combining drugs or developing new drugs with narrow selection window. Conclusions Catastrophe selection window theory has important applications in preventing the emergence of resistant bacteria. At the same time, it also discusses the shortcomings of the theory of catastrophe selection window and the direction it deserves to work hard.
