多元文化背景下,人们具有不同的价值观念,新的文化格局使高职思想政治工作遇到新机遇的同时,也面临新的挑战,主要是因为高校学生在年龄和心理上都处于不成熟阶段,还需要加强思想政治教育,不断加强和构建他们思维形成能力。因此,从多元文化背景下高职思想政治教育改革的现状出发,提出加强高职思想政治教育改革新方向的对策和建议,主要是合理引导高职学生树立正确的思想文化,充分发挥青年世界观、人生观与价值观的作用,切实以多元文化为背景坚持马克思主义指导,以思想政治教育工作为正确方向、实现高职思想政治教育改革目标。
