新课改的推进,使得学校和教师都获得了不同程度的发展,尤其是学校的教科研工作被摆到了特别突出的位置。无论是教科研队伍的建设,还是教科研理论的研究都取得了丰硕的成果。集体备课作为教学研究和课改实践的重要环节,处在理论和实践的边缘,一方面将新的教育教学理念应用到实践层面,另一方面又将实践成果理论化,反过来对教育教学实践进行指导。因此优化集体备课对提高教师业务素质、促进教师专业发展和提高课堂教学质量、促进学生发展起到了不可替代的作用。
