在对北京、温州、武汉、沈阳、太原、重庆、广州、深圳、郑州等城市的出租汽车发展、管理状况的考察的基础上,分析我国出租汽车行业发展的历史进程、法律环境、产业状况和管理体制,总结出租汽车发展和管理的国际经验,表明我国出租汽车行业总体向好的方面发展。要进一步明确发展的总体思路和方向,优化法律政策环境,理顺管理体制,建立和完善相关配套措施,促进我国出租汽车行业健康发展。
Based on the investigation of the development and management of taxis in such cities as Beijing, Wenzhou, Wuhan, Shenyang, Taiyuan, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Zhengzhou, the paper analyzes the historical process, legal environment, industry status and development of the taxi industry in our country Management system, summed up the international experience in the development and management of rental cars, indicating that the overall development of China’s taxi industry to the good. To further clarify the overall development of ideas and direction, optimize the legal environment, rationalize the management system, establish and improve relevant supporting measures to promote the healthy development of China’s taxi industry.
