目的:研究丹参酮对于自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血浆中的血管活性物质:内皮素(ET)、血管紧张素(AngⅡ)、心钠素(ANP)的影响。方法:SHR大鼠24只随机分为3组:对照组,丹参酮组,缬沙坦组。8只Wistar大鼠为正常对照组。给予相应的药物治疗4周后,测量鼠尾血压和心肌重量,并用放免法检测血浆中内皮素、血管紧张素、心钠素的浓度。结果:丹参酮组和缬沙坦组治疗4周后,血压较SHR对照组略有下降(P<0.01);SHR对照组心室的重量、心室/体重指数均显著高于其他组(P<0.05);经丹参酮和缬沙坦治疗后,内皮素、血管紧张素、心钠素均较SHR对照组有不同程度的降低(P<0.05)。结论:丹参酮能够影响血管活性物质的含量,并能对逆转心室肥厚起到一定的效果。
Objective: To study the effects of tanshinone on vasoactive substances in plasma of spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR): endothelin (ET), angiotensin (Ang II) and atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP). Methods: 24 SHR rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: control group, tanshinone group and valsartan group. Eight Wistar rats were normal controls. Four weeks after the corresponding drug treatment, the tail pressure and the myocardial weight were measured, and plasma concentrations of endothelin, angiotensin, and atrial natriuretic peptide were measured by radioimmunoassay. RESULTS: After 4 weeks of treatment in tanshinone group and valsartan group, blood pressure was slightly decreased compared with SHR control group (P<0.01); ventricular weight and ventricular/body mass index were significantly higher in SHR control group than in other groups (P<0.05). After treatment with tanshinone and valsartan, endothelin, angiotensin, and atrial natriuretic peptide were all reduced to varying degrees compared with SHR control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Tanshinone can affect the content of vasoactive substances, and can play a certain role in reversing ventricular hypertrophy.
