从省内东部农业区47块麦田采集了小麦根茬41250个,剥查灰翅麦茎蜂幼虫蛀茎危害率。统计分析结果表明:样本的至茎率均值和标准差是15.0±11.9%,均值范围是0.6%-50.6%;样本蛀茎数方差与均值间存在着密切的正相关性,r=0.9506(P<0.001),回归曲线方程为S ̄2=1。1427X ̄(0.9781)。本文还以复合抽样公式计算了调查、描述大田灰翅麦茎蜂幼虫蛀茎率所需的理论抽祥数。
Totally, 41250 wheat stubble was collected from 47 wheat fields in the eastern agricultural area in the province, and the rate of damaging the stems of the ash-pollinated beetle was stripped. The statistical analysis showed that the mean and standard deviation of stem to shoot rate was 15.0 ± 11.9% and the mean range was 0.6% to 50.6%. There was a close positive correlation between the average number of stems and stems Correlation, r = 0.9506 (P <0.001), the regression curve equation is S ~ 2 = 1.1427X ~ (0.9781). In this paper, we also calculated the number of theoretical experiments required to investigate and describe the stem borer rate of Daphniphyllum angustifolia larvae in a composite sampling formula.
