目的 了解中国汉族人群 17号染色体上 4个 STR位点 ,即 D17S12 90、D17S12 93、D17S130 3、D17S130 8的遗传多态性分布 ,获得相应多态位点的群体遗传学数据。方法 应用 PCR扩增片段长度多态性分析方法对 5 0名无血缘关系的汉族个体进行调查。结果 D17S12 90、D17S12 93、D17S130 3、D17S130 8各位点分别检出 9个、7个、5个、5个等位片段 ,多态性分布均符合 Hardy- Weinberg平衡定律。杂合度无偏估测值 (H) ,分别为 0 .770、0 .82 8、0 .6 0 8和 0 .6 6 9,多态信息量分别为 0 .76 3、0 .82 0、0 .6 0 2和0 .6 6 2。结论 上述 4个位点均具有较高的杂合度和多态信息量 ,是较理想的遗传标记。
Objective To understand the genetic polymorphism distribution of four STR loci on chromosome 17 on chromosome 17 in China, namely D17S12 90, D17S12 93, D17S130 3 and D17S130 8, and to obtain the population genetic data of the corresponding polymorphic loci. Methods 50 unrelated Han individuals were investigated by PCR amplification fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). Results Nine, seven, five and five alleles were detected in D17S12 90, D17S12 93, D17S130 3 and D17S130 8, respectively. All the polymorphisms were in accordance with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium law. The unbiased estimates of heterozygosity (H) were 0.770, 0.82 8, 0.680 and 0.696, respectively. The amount of polymorphic information was 0.76 3,0 .82 0, 0 .6 0 2 and 0 .6 6 2. Conclusion The above four loci have high heterozygosity and polymorphism information, which is an ideal genetic marker.
