输血后病毒性肝炎的发病率约为10％，一般预后良好。但输血后急性重型肝炎，病情凶险，预后极差。我院曾收治10例有输血史的急性重型肝炎，现报告如下，供同道参考。
The incidence of viral hepatitis after transfusion is about 10%, the general prognosis is good. However, severe acute hepatitis after transfusion is extremely dangerous and the prognosis is very poor. Our hospital has admitted 10 cases of acute severe hepatitis with a history of blood transfusions, are as follows, for fellow reference.
