1.引言在复合材料层压板的设计中,单层板坯的刚度特性参数是必不可少的设计资料.通常测试E_1、E_2、v_(12)(或v_(21)),采用单向层压板条试件.一种试验是沿纤维方向均匀拉伸,另一种试验是沿与纤维相垂直的方向均匀拉伸(图1a、b).测试G_(12)的方法有多种,例如沿与单向层压板纤维方向成θ~0的偏轴拉伸(图1c).轨道剪切、±45°层压板的单向拉伸以及薄圆管受扭试验也是测试G_(12)常用的一些方法.但上述方法不是技术上实现比较复杂,就是试件的制造费用大,或是需用的试件种类和数量多。大量的性能测试需要有简便、经济而又有效的方法.本文提供的简化测试方法只需两种试件和试验就可测定全部的刚度特性参数E_1、E_2、v_(12)和G_(12).其一是单向层压
