问:我曾与单位签订3年劳动合同。签订时,单位口头告知,怀孕就得主动辞职。现3年合同期已满,单位未与我续签,但仍让我继续工作。这合法吗?
Q: I have signed a three-year labor contract with the unit. When signed, the unit verbally informed that pregnancy had to resign voluntarily. Now that the contract period has expired in 3 years, the unit did not renew it with me, but still allowed me to continue working. Is this legal?
