目的:对CT检查在早期脑梗死患者中的应用价值进行分析讨论.方法:选取我院2012年9月-2014年9月间34例脑梗死患者,分别在患者发病后1-6h、24h进行CT扫描,比较患者两次CT检查结果.结果:患者发病后24h豆状核边界模糊的15例,颅脑动脉高密度影患者11例,早期低密度影患者12例,轻度占位患者17例,脑沟消失患者8例;发病后1-6h豆状核边界模糊的7例,颅脑动脉高密度影患者4例,早期低密度影患者4例,轻度占位患者9例,脑沟消失患者2例,前后比较存在明显差异,P<0.05.结论:CT扫描能够在早期对患者疾病进行诊断,并能够为患者治疗提供依据.
