陀螺测油重技术是一种近几年发展起来的大容积油重计量技术,由于陀螺仪表和光、电、机,特别是计算机技术的有机结合,使陀螺测油重装置的研制进展较快。文献给出了这种装置的原理、特点和关键技术问题所在。确实,它摒弃了“体积×比重=重量”这一传统测重原理,较好地排除了温度变化对测量精确度的影响,同时又具有陀螺仪表的一系列优点,是目前较为理想的测油重装置。但值得注意的是,由于负载的不断变化,如果不对输出特性加以有效补偿,仪表亦不可能获得满意的输出特性。补偿措施是多种多样的,总的说不外乎两类:一是依靠计算机单纯地对仪表输出进行补偿;二是以仪表补偿为主,计算机补偿为辅的综合补偿。所谓“二次测量”就是属于后一类的一种补偿法。本文在分析仪表输出特性的基础上,就这种补偿法的原理、特点和实施方法作一讨论。 1.负载波动对输出的影响如图1所示,负载是通过杠杆减力加在陀螺机构上的,外力P在陀螺内环轴上形成力矩
