新课程在更新教师的教学理念、改善课堂教学面貌、转变学生的学习方式等方面发挥着的作用有目共睹。但是,结合学生的实际学习情况,考试及格率等需要改进的地方还是很多的。要提高数学教学质量,发展智力因素是关键,同时,重视和培养非智力因素,挖掘学生的潜在能力,提高学生素质是保障。本文从,借助问题解决,培养学生的意志品质,要注重师生的情感交流,促进学生非智力因素的协调发展,手脑并用,培养动手操作能力,有意识地引导学生在实践中煅炼,形成良好的个性品质,建立融洽的师生关系五方面展开分析,以期对提高学生的成绩起促进作用。
