住房和城乡建设部、财政部联合推进的可再生能源建筑应用示范工作分三步走:第一步是项目示范,第二步是城市及县级示范,第三步是全面推广。目前已有371个可再生能源示范项目,包括太阳能光热、光电和地源热泵项目;有111个光电建筑示范项目,重点引导太阳能光电建筑一体化发展;有21个示范城市及38个示范县,统筹兼顾城市和农村可再生能源应用示范。示范项目将作为我国可再生能源开发利用的标杆。示范过程中将总结经验,形成体系,即法规政策体系、技术标准体系、产业产品体系、能力形成体系、应用模式体系等。
The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Ministry of Finance jointly promote the demonstration of application of renewable energy construction in three steps: the first step is to demonstrate the project, the second step is to demonstrate the city and the county level, and the third step is to promote it in an all-round way.
