使用三维电磁有限元分析技术,建立了便于工程实际应用的多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)在树脂中电场取向扭转分析数值模拟方法。该方法利用连续体等效体理论,建立了MWNTs等效实体分析模型,模型考虑了MWNTs线状圆柱及非线状圆弧两种不同材料结构特征,理论计算与模拟结果吻合较好。该方法可为电场取向碳纳米管增强树脂复合材料工艺制备参数的优化设计提供理论依据。
Using three-dimensional electromagnetic finite element analysis technology, a numerical simulation method of electric field orientation torsion analysis of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) in resin has been established. The method uses continuum equivalent theory to establish the equivalent entity analysis model of MWNTs. The model takes into account the structural characteristics of two different materials, ie, linear cylindrical MWNTs and non-linear arcs. The theoretical calculation is in good agreement with the simulation results. The method can provide the theoretical basis for the optimal design of the preparation parameters of the electric field oriented carbon nanotube-reinforced resin composite material.
