自1932年以来,日立公司已经生产了约1500台内燃机车。近来,随着经济的发展,对内燃机车的要求是要具有多品种。为了满足日益增加的需要,日立公司不断努力,采取了一些改进措施,发展了新技术,以适应实际的运用条件。国营铁路干线用电力传动内燃机车一般都采用 B_0—B_0或 B_0—B_0—B_0轴式的转向架。这种转向架由于具有小的横向冲击力,所以有助于减少线路保养费用。当然,这种转向架还提供了较高的可靠性,因而机车本身的维修费用也较低。关于工业用液力传动内燃机车,我们目前已经有了五种易于操纵的系列化的标准型内燃机车,这些机车的特点是不但易于操纵而且也易于维修。另外,为了遵守环境保护和减轻劳动强度的最新规定,我们已经提供了低噪声机车、防爆机车,超低速机车,以及自动控制列车的机车,并采用了自动检查和控制装置。所有这些机车及其装置目前都已投入实际运用,而且不断显示出最佳特性。
Since 1932, Hitachi has produced about 1,500 diesel locomotives. Recently, with the economic development, the requirements for diesel locomotives are to have more varieties. In order to meet the increasing needs, Hitachi has been working hard and adopting some improvement measures to develop new technologies to meet the actual conditions of use. State-owned railway trunk power transmission diesel locomotives are generally used B_0-B_0 or B_0-B_0-B_0 axle bogie. This bogie helps to reduce line maintenance costs due to the small lateral impact. Of course, this bogie also provides a high degree of reliability, so the locomotive itself maintenance costs are lower. With regard to industrial hydraulically driven diesel locomotives, we now have five easy-to-handle series of standard diesel locomotives that are characterized by their ease of handling and ease of maintenance. In addition, to comply with the latest regulations on environmental protection and labor intensity reduction, we have provided low-noise locomotives, explosion-proof locomotives, ultralight locomotives and locomotives for automatically controlled trains, as well as automatic inspection and control equipment. All of these locomotives and their devices are now in practical use and continue to show the best features.
