人力资源是促进企业发展的宝贵资源,在这个大知识经济时代到来的同时也成为各企业的核心竞争力。而员工培训作为人力资源中的一个主要分支,随着企业的发展更加体现出它独特的具体形式并发挥着愈加重要的作用。一个企业要想增强自身在市场经济中的核心竞争力,走稳定可持续发展道路,就必须重视员工培训,不断将员工的工作操作技能与个人综合素质全面提升。
Human resources is a valuable resource to promote the development of enterprises. It has also become the core competitiveness of all enterprises at the same time when this era of great knowledge economy is approaching. Staff training, as a major branch of human resources, reflects its unique and concrete form and plays an even more important role as the enterprise develops. If an enterprise wants to enhance its own core competitiveness in the market economy and take the path of stable and sustainable development, it must attach importance to staff training and continuously improve its overall operating skills and personal qualities.
