事物都是有极限的。美食有没有极限?提出这个问题,不是故作高深,而是有感而发。有感于什么?有感于餐饮市场的竞争之烈,有感于厨师和经营者在烹饪创新上的煞费苦心、殚精竭虑,有感于人们对美食的无止境追求,有感于随着社会发展人们吃饱吃好以后到底再吃什么,等等。如果说美食没有极限,那么为何烹饪上的创新都很难突破原来的框架;如果说美食有极限,那么这个极限又在哪里?回答这个问题,可以从宏观和微观两个角度。宏观而言,
