改进和加强未成年人思想道德建设,促使每个学生都具有良好的思想道德素质,提高学生法律意识并且自觉学好科学文化知识,班主任任重而道远。班主任是学校政策的执行者,也是学校班集体的直接领导者,除了帮助学生顺利地完成学习任务外,还要关心学生的全面发展。如何抓好班级管理工作,提高学生思想道德素养,我谈不上经验丰富,但也有自己的一点粗浅认识。那下面就谈谈本人在班主任工作实践中的几点做法:

Class teacher is the executor of school policy, but also the direct leader of the school class collective, in addition to helping students successfully complete the task of learning, but also concerned about the overall development of students. How to do a good job of class management, improve students’ ideological and ethical accomplishments, I can hardly say that experienced, but also have their own little superficial understanding. Then I will talk about my work in the class teacher practice of several practices:
