研究了微量Mg在35CrNi3MoV钢中的作用与机理。结果表明,适量Mg使其室温和-40℃冲击功AkV提高6~26J,并降低了韧脆转变温度、改善了断裂韧度和高温持久性能。钢中最佳Mg含量范围为0.0030%~0.0065%。
The effect and mechanism of trace Mg in 35CrNi3MoV steel were studied. The results show that Mg increases the room temperature and the impact energy at -40 ℃ by 6 ~ 26J, decreases the ductile-brittle transition temperature and improves the fracture toughness and high-temperature durability. The optimum Mg content in the steel ranged from 0.0030% to 0.0065%.
