考察了以焦化煤焦油蒽油为原料,二步法制备长链烷基蒽油磺酸盐表面活性剂的可行性,摸索出适合重、黏、稠芳烃原料烷基化磺化的工艺方案。其中适宜的工艺参数为:m(蒽油)∶m(α-十六烯)为5.5∶1,催化剂无水AlCl3用量为烯烃质量的7%,反应温度65℃,反应时间10h,中间产物烷基蒽油的选择性可达89.3%以上。经气体三氧化硫磺化后,所得烷基蒽油磺酸盐样品具有较好界面活性,其单独或与强碱三元体系复配界面性能优良,在大庆第一、二采油厂油水条件下,可在较宽的浓度范围内使油水界面张力稳定在超低范围内。
The feasibility of preparing long-chain alkyl anthracene oil sulfonate surfactants by two-step method using coking coal tar anthracene oil as raw material was explored, and a process scheme suitable for alkylating sulfonation of heavy, viscous and aromatic hydrocarbon raw materials was explored. The suitable process parameters were: m (anthracene oil): 5.5: 1 for m (α-hexadecene), 7% anhydrous AlCl3 for catalyst, reaction temperature 65 ℃, reaction time 10h, Anthracene oil selectivity of up to 89.3%. After gas sulfur trioxide sulfonation, the obtained alkyl anthracene oil sulfonate sample has good interfacial activity, and its intermetallic compound alone or in combination with a strong base ternary system has excellent performance. Under the conditions of oil and water in Daqing No.1 and No.2 oil extraction plants, The oil-water interfacial tension can be stabilized within a very low range over a wide range of concentrations.
