国家的繁荣昌盛,离不开高素质的国民,离不开科学精神的浸染。目前我国公民科学素养水平相当于日本发达国家和地区20世纪80年代末的水平,可见提高国民的科学素养是一项十分紧迫的任务,而科学素养的培养又依赖于基础教育。物理专题研修模块是一个以发展学生自主学习能力和独立探究能力为主要目的的模块,在参与物理专题研修活动中,学生的科学知识和技能、科学方法与能力、科学精神、态度与价值观、科学行为习惯都将得到有效培养。
