目的:探讨优质护理服务在小儿外科中的应用效果。方法:两组患儿均接受外科手术治疗,对照组围术期给予常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理基础上加用优质护理服务。记录两组患儿家属对护理服务的满意率。结果:两组患儿均顺利完成外科手术治疗并成功出院,观察组患儿家属对护理服务满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上加用优质护理服务,可显著提高家属对护理服务的满意度,有利于维持良好的护患关系。
Objective: To explore the effect of quality nursing service in pediatric surgery. Methods: The two groups of children were treated with surgery, while the control group was given routine nursing measures during the perioperative period. The observation group was given excellent nursing services on the basis of routine nursing. Record the satisfaction rate of family members to nursing service in two groups. Results: The two groups of children were successfully completed the surgical treatment and were discharged successfully. The satisfaction rate of family members to the nursing service in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The addition of quality nursing services based on routine nursing care can significantly improve the satisfaction of family members with nursing service and maintain the good nurse-patient relationship.
