目的研究放射线对放射工作人员肝、肾功能的影响。方法对1412名放射工作人员健康检查结果进行分析。结果不同放射工龄组间脂肪肝发病率、肾脏功能异常发生率、GGT(γ-谷氨酸转移酶)、ALT(丙氨酸氨基转移酶)异常发生率差异显著。脂肪肝发病率、肾脏功能异常发生率峰值均分布在放射工龄30年以上。ALT对射线比较敏感,其异常发生率峰值分布在放射工龄前10年,而GGT其异常发生率峰值分布在放射工龄20~30年。结论肝及肾脏功能的异常发生率与放射工龄密切相关。
Objective To study the effects of radiation on liver and renal function of radiation workers. Methods The health check results of 1412 radiological workers were analyzed. Results The incidence of fatty liver, the incidence of renal dysfunction, GGT (γ-glutamic acid transferase) and ALT (alanine aminotransferase) were significantly different among different age groups. The incidence of fatty liver, renal dysfunction peak incidence were distributed in the radioactive age of more than 30 years. ALT is more sensitive to radiation, the peak incidence of abnormal distribution in the first 10 years of working age of radiation, and GGT peak incidence of abnormal distribution of radioactive age 20 to 30 years. Conclusion The abnormal incidence of liver and kidney function is closely related to the age of radiation.
