为了保证空调制冷系统安全、节能地运行,对空调制冷系统进行故障诊断十分必要。向量空间法与传统的故障诊断方法相比具有物理意义明确,诊断准确性高等优点。但对于蒸发器冷凝器这类相变换热器的向量空间法故障诊断还没有相关研究,本文将向量空间法应用于制冷系统的故障诊断,确定了蒸发器冷凝器的特征值计算方式,并进行了故障实验模拟,验证了其有效性和准确性。
In order to ensure the safety of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, energy-saving operation, the air conditioning and refrigeration systems for fault diagnosis is necessary. Compared with traditional fault diagnosis methods, vector space method has the advantages of clear physical meaning and high diagnostic accuracy. However, there is no relevant research on the vector space method fault diagnosis of phase change heat exchanger such as evaporator condenser. In this paper, the vector space method is applied to the fault diagnosis of refrigeration system, and the eigenvalue calculation method of evaporator condenser is determined. The fault experiment is carried out to verify its validity and accuracy.
