在经济快速发展的社会中,企业要想在行业领域内占有一席之地并能长远地发展,单纯的硬性制度往往是不够的,在制度约束基础上建立的思想政治管理工作更为重要。政工管理不仅可以使企业现有的制度得到基本的落实,也能为企业营造一个良好的文化氛围,为企业的发展保驾护航。本文分析探究了企业政工管理的困境,并对存在的问题找出相应的策略,以期改进。
In the rapidly developing economy, if the enterprises want to occupy a place in the field of industry and can develop in the long term, the mere rigid system is often not enough, and the ideological and political management based on the system constraints is even more important. Political management can not only make the basic implementation of the existing system of the enterprise, but also create a good cultural atmosphere for the enterprise and escort the development of the enterprise.
