工作团队成为企业内部经常性的组织形态,而团队薪酬的问题在于如何保持个人与集体的平衡。本研究创造性地运用社会网络分析方法,通过计算团队成员在团队支持网络中的网络中心性,建立团队成员的量化分配标准,并以此作为奖励团队合作和团队互动行为的团队贡献奖励的分配基础。最后,在量化分析的基础上,本研究进一步提出了团队贡献奖励分配作为一种补充薪酬方式的适用条件和相应的完善途径。
The work team becomes a regular organizational form within the enterprise, and the issue of team remuneration lies in how to maintain a personal and collective balance. This study creatively uses social network analysis methods to establish the quantitative criteria for the distribution of team members by calculating the network centrality of team members in the team support network as the basis for allocating team contribution awards that reward teamwork and team interaction . Finally, on the basis of quantitative analysis, this study further put forward the applicable conditions and corresponding perfecting ways of the team contribution reward distribution as a supplementary salary mode.
