目的总结小肠血管瘤的临床特点、诊断及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析3例小肠血管瘤患者的临床资料。结果 3例患者均有反复黑便史,并发肠套叠1例,缺铁性贫血1例;小肠镜确诊1例,CT仿真肠镜发现病变2例;均行手术治疗;组织病理诊断为回肠单发海绵状血管瘤2例,空肠单发混合性血管瘤1例。结论小肠血管瘤以便血为主要临床表现,可并发肠套叠;病变好发于空肠、回肠;术前诊断困难,小肠镜和CT仿真肠镜易于发现病变;手术切除病灶为最佳治疗方法。
Objective To summarize the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of small intestinal hemangiomas. Methods The clinical data of 3 patients with small bowel hemangioma were retrospectively analyzed. Results All three patients had recurrent melena history, complicated with intussusception in 1 case, iron deficiency anemia in 1 case, confirmed by small bowel mirror in 1 case, CT simulated colonoscopy in 2 cases, all underwent surgical treatment and histopathological diagnosis of ileum 2 cases of single cavernous hemangioma, jejunum single mixed hemangioma in 1 case. Conclusions Small bowel hemangioma is the main clinical manifestations of blood in the blood, which can be complicated by intussusception. The lesions occur in the jejunum and ileum. Difficulty in preoperative diagnosis. Small intestine mirror and CT virtual colonoscopy are easy to detect the lesions. Surgical removal of lesions is the best treatment.
