应用差压法测量矿浆浓度的关键在于两个密闭系统的严格密封。但实践表明,尽管取消了平衡阀和高低压切断阀,密闭的问题仍然难于解决,往往由于某个连接部分的极微小的泄漏,就使整个测量装置失灵。同时,这种密闭系统的灌水操作十分麻烦,不容易将空气排除干净,而任何气泡的混入都会明显影响测量的准确度。
The key to measuring the slurry concentration using the differential pressure method is the tight sealing of two closed systems. However, practice has shown that, despite the cancellation of balancing valves and high and low pressure shut-off valves, the problem of airtightness remains elusive, often resulting in failure of the entire measuring apparatus due to the slight leakage of a connecting part. At the same time, this closed system irrigation operation is very troublesome, it is not easy to exclude the air clean, and any bubble mixing will significantly affect the measurement accuracy.
