日本国营铁路乘务员用无线电台于1969年开始使用,并作为标准化设备一直运用到现在。随着无线电台的增设和部分老式电台的更新,以及为了适应修订的电波管理法的规定,进行了新型乘务员无线电台(JRS 23042-16A-14CRID)的研制和标准化工作。 1.使用目的、方法及设备情况按照日本国铁的规定,乘务员无线电台主要使用范围如下:1)车长(包括调车员)和司机间的必要联系;2)车长或司机与站长(调度集中区段包括调度员)间紧急连络;3)本务机和补机司机之间的联系;4)发生运行事故时与有关单位的连络以及其他特殊的一些连络等。其主要的运用方式如图1所式。乘务员电台已在日本铁路装备了140个线区约14,000公里的铁路线,基地台约2,400台,
Japan’s state-run railway crew started using radio stations in 1969 and has been using it as a standard equipment until now. The development and standardization of a new flight attendant radio station (JRS 23042-16A-14CRID) was carried out with the addition of radio stations and the updating of some old stations, as well as the provisions of the revised Radio Regulations Law. 1. Purpose of use, method and equipment According to the regulations of Japan’s National Railways, the main use of flight attendants’ radio stations is as follows: 1) Necessary link between driver (including shunting driver) and driver; 2) Commander or driver and stationmaster (Dispatching centralized section including the dispatcher); 3) the connection between the service engine and the driver of the replacement machine; 4) the connection with the relevant unit in the event of an operation accident and other special connections.
